Anyway, I still believe that moderation is the key ..

I agree with moderations. But people tend to take advantage of the temporary perks of coffee, notwithstanding the fact that sugar/fake sugar and milk/low fat milk also play a part in calorie consumption.

And about the starvation bit. I'm just lazy, and don't really have the appetite. So just drinking water.

Yeah, excercise routine starts today as well. So far I've eaten... nothing.

NS, waste 2 years, learn nothing, probably meet a few good 'bros'.

Swiss Army, waste 1 year, (9 months to be exact, 3 months wasted on language course), learn alot, probably die from overexertion.

the swis one sounds much better. + you learn another language (not the cursing) at least it's useful.
